CALL BOARD

         The call board is a bulletin board at the studios where the cast list, updated rehearsal schedules and other important announcements will be posted. The call board is located in the hallway in front of the gray studio at WEAD and in the office at Pilates, Dance and More.
         An "electronic call board" for rehearsal schedules and announcements will also be found on the Nutcracker Sweet blog: www.nutcrackersweet.wordpress.com.

WEBSITE UPDATES

         New this year! The Nutcracker Sweet blog is your link to updated information throughout the production. An "electronic call board" for rehearsal schedules, changes, and other need-to-know information will be located on the blog.

         Both the call board in the studio and the "electronic call board" (blog) will contain updated rehearsal schedules. Please check one of these every Monday for updates and changes to that week's schedule. The blog may also contain additional information that may be interesting or helpful to parents over the course of the production. Please check the Nutcracker Sweet blog regularly.

QUESTIONS & EMERGENCIES

         If you have questions, first, please check the Nutcracker Sweet website or the call board in the studio for the information you need. We are making every attempt to provide complete information and answers to common questions available to you at these locations. If you have a question not covered on the website or the call board at the studio, please send an email to rmmunroe@verizon.net. We will respond to your email as soon as possible.
         If your student has a last minute illness or emergency, which prevents him/her from attending rehearsal, please call 874-2195 by 5pm on Fridays; email rmmunroe@verizon.net or call the studio (740-0842) by 10am on Saturdays; or call 874-2196 by 11am on Sundays, so that we can be sure the message gets communicated to the choreographer prior to the start of the rehearsal.

LAST MINUTE NOTIFICATIONS

         We will be seeking parents to volunteer as telephone captains for each of the major group numbers (e.g., Angels, Mice, Soldiers and Party Children). These captains would be responsible for making phone calls to dancers in the unlikely event that a rehearsal must be changed or canceled by the choreographers at the last minute.
         Please be assured that we will make every effort to post changes to the schedule on the call board and Nutcracker Sweet blog by Monday evening each week.
